  • The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. You shall be picked up according to time you arrive.

  • There shall be a pick-up at 8:15 am from the Bhuj railway and airport, one at 10 am from the railway and the airport and at 12:30 pm from the airport. There shall be two more pick ups - one at one thirty from the railway station and the other at 3: 30 pm from the airport.

  • After you have checked in, you shall be enjoying a sumptuous lunch at the dining area.

  • After enjoying the in-house activities till four in the evening, you shall be served hi-tea.

  • At around, 5 in the evening, you shall be transferred to the White Rann either by bus, camel cart or both and enjoy a picturesque sunset.

  • After you are transferred to Rann City - The Tent City, Dhordo around seven 0' clock, enjoy a delicious dinner and then indulge in the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at Cultural Activity Area.

  • After your morning tea and yoga session at the activity area, proceed to have breakfast at your respective dining area.

  • After checking out from Rann Utsav-The Tent City at around nine thirty, you will be taken for complimentary sightseeing to places of interest in Bhuj.

  • Shri Swaminarayan Temple, which takes approximately twenty minutes to go to, was constructed after a few devotees of the revered Lord Swaminathan asked him to construct a temple and continue his teaching. One of the most expensive temples built in the state of Gujarat, the temple is constructed in marble with intricate carvings on the pillar and ceiling.

  • The Bhujodi or Hiralaxmi Craft Park, which takes approximately forty minutes to go to, was created to conserve the unique art forms of Kutch, while making it accessible to all. You shall also see artisan living and working there.

  • The journey onwards for your bus, train or airport has to be arranged on your own and the reception should be notified beforehand.

  • The transfer for the bus, train or airport ride back home has to be taken care by individuals themselves.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% Refund if cancelled 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
  • 90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to schedule arrival date but less than 45 days to scheduled arrival date.
  • 60% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days to scheduled arrival date.
  • No refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • Change in guest/guests names would be treated as Cancellation.
  • In case of any date change Rs. 3000/Per Person + 18% GST will be charged, in addition to rate difference charges if any.
  • Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
