All distance and time are calculated from Garage to Garage

Any damages to the vehicle either temporary or permanent, done by the customer will be fully reimbursed by the customer

Prices are calculated based on the destination discussed at the time of booking.

Influencing the chauffeur to drive rashly or abusing our chauffeurs in any way is strictly prohibited.

Adding more passengers than the legal limit is strictly not allowed

Our chauffeurs will have full authority to deny boarding to the customers in case of any alcohol, drink or any other potential hazards to the safety and features of the vehicle or journey.

Carrying illegal Firearms, ammunition, drugs, or any other illegal activities is prohibited

Children below the age of 18 can't travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Airport transfers are not part of the outstation/local trips. Please verify with us if you are planning Airport pickup/Drop off service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancellations are made anytime before 24hrs of the start date of the trip, 10% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 24 hrs before the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Yes there is refundable security deposit of ₹10000. The amount will be returned back to you after your trip.
