Kolad is rightly called the adventure capital of Maharashtra. The biggest attraction in Kolad is the ‘Kundalika River Rafting’ or ‘White Water Rafting in Kolad’. Along with rafting, we offer you other water sports such as kayaking, river crossing, banana boat ride, zip lining, etc. River Rafting in Kolad is highly safe since there is no unfamiliar changes in the levels of water in this river.

Our campsite, Camp River Rush is located right at the banks for River Kundalika. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Kolad, it’s this campsite. Tents are pitched amidst greenery, next to the Kundalika river. The campsite has constructed western washrooms, and has all basic amenities of a camp. We are taking all necessary safety precautions at the campsite. Our budget friendly camping package includes tent stay, river rafting experience, water sports, evening snacks, dinner and morning breakfast.

Leave for 12km Rafting it takes 4 hours including travelling from campsite to the rafting point and back. Travelling from Camp to rafting point and back is at own cost.

How to Reach

  • We recommend travelling by private vehicle. We will be sharing the precise google map location for ease in navigation.
  • You can also book self-drive cars, or out-station cabs.
  • Train: Trains are available from Dadar to roha station. From roha station you can hire a rickshaw to the camp.
  • Bus: Private a state transport buses are available from Mumbai / Pune to Kolad. Click here

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund for camping (not rafting) on cancellations made before 48 hours to check in.
  • No refund for river rafting on cancellation
  • 10% deduction on cancellations made within 48 hours to the checkin time.
  • Free rescheduling between date of booking to 48 hrs prior to check in. No rescheduling 24 hrs prior to check in.
  • No Refund 24hrs prior to check in or on the day of the stay.
  • Strictly no littering at the campsite

Tour Advisory

  • The accomodation are in high quality waterproof / insect proof tents.
  • Swimming in the river next to our camp is not allowed due to safety reasons. You can sit, dip your legs and chill on the banks of the river.
  • Strictly no litter policy at the campsite. Dustbins are provided where you can drop your garbage.
  • During extreme monsoon season there maybe some water logging in the area as the camp is very close to the river. However the tent area is never flooded.
  • All meals are homecooked style and maybe feel a bit spicy to some people.
  • During heavy monsoon season there are chances of power cut in the area.

On which dates is your campsite open?
Our campsite is open throughout the year. We do not operate on days with rough weather.
Is the campsite safe for women?
The campsite is completely safe for women & children. The campsite staff is present at the campsite at all times to assist you.
Are there wild animals nearby?
There are no wild animals around.
How is the mobile network at the campsite?
The mobile network is good for calling. Data network is average.
Are unmarried couples allowed?
Camping is meant for all to experience hence we do not have any such restrictions.
How many washrooms you have at the camp?
We have 4 washrooms at the camp with built in showers.
Is the camp near river?
Yes the camps are right next to the river.
Where is the rafting start point?
To reach rafting start point we arrange a pickup drop service from near our camp. The cost of the pickup drop service is shared between 8 people in the rickshaw. Its 300 per rickshaw.
Can I reach rafting start point by own vehicle?
Yes you can. We can share you the location at the camp.
