Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Non refundable cancellation.
  • We do offer rescheduling but there is an additional charge of ₹1500. Also the rescheduling must be done within 2 months from the original trip date (subjected to van availability). We will share the availability within 2 days of your rescheduling.

  • Caravans tend to get sold out quickly on weekends hence book your slots as early as possible.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and neat as you will be staying in it for the night.
  • Caravans wont go on dangerous off roads for safety reason. The driver will have the final say in case he feels the route is not fit for the vehicle.
  • Driver cabin will be separate and wont hinder with your privacy.

    How much does the fuel cost extra?
    The bus takes approximately 30 liters for around 290kms. It may vary based on your distance.
    What is the maximum number of people that can fit in the caravan?
    The caravan can sit and sleep maximum 4 members.
    Is the caravan air conditioned?
    This is 2 fans.
    Where can i park the caravan?
    You can park it at one of the campsites that we are tied up with or you can also choose a location of your choice.
    Do you have fixed routes?
    No you can explore as per your plans?
    Can i drive the caravan by myself?
    No you cant drive the vehicle as it would need a heavy vehicle tourist permit. We provide a driver with the caravan.
    Our insurance doesn’t allow us to cover anyone else apart from the designated driver.
    Where does the driver sleep?
    There is a partition between the driver and the customer compartment. The driver sleeps in his compartment.
    Is it legal to park anywhere and stay?
    Home is where you park it but you ought to be mindful of your surroundings. Chatting with the locals can always help you with a parking space or to explore the place better.
    In case safety is your concern, we got your back! We do have tie ups with various campsites for specific locations across Maharashtra.
    What are your pick up/drop off times?
    We have a flexible pick up time. The drop off time is within 22hrs.
    Is there a security deposit?
    Yes we have refundable security deposit of Rs.5000 for 22hrs. It increases if number of days are more than 7.
    What happens if I drop off the van later than 12PM?
    Vehicles that come back late post 12 pm it’s half day rentals. We are strict on our drop off times to ensure we can get the rental ready for the next trip the following day. Please plan ahead and account for traffic and unforeseen events to ensure there are no additional fees (use maps for time reference)
    If it’s only a day’s trip (doesn’t include night) do we still pay the full amount?
    You pay for a duration of 22hrs from the pick up time.
    Do you allow pets?
    Yes Pets are allowed with an additional 1000/- for pet cleaning and extra 2000/- security deposit.
    Do you have a doorstep pick up/drop?
    We do offer doorstep pick up however there is an additional cost of fuel and toll from Vashi to your place and back to Vashi after dropping you off
    What is the water tank capacity of the Van?
    The tank can hold 130 liters of water. allowing you to flush 150 small flushes and 15 big flush (there are 2 buttons on the flush tank for the same)
    Where can we take the vehicle?
    Caravans are usually rented for an experience while travelling.
    You can stop the vehicle at campsites and amplify your trip with an additional tent stay experience as well.

    What border taxes are needed?
    Yes tp and border tax is needed. We give the tp however border tax is excluded.
